Baby Food is the stepping stone for a growing baby!

Baby food can be tricky to say the least. A child’s transition from breast feed to any other type of solids or liquids is a very important milestone in a baby’s growth pattern. The market is full of baby food options but nothing beats good ol’ fashioned home-made baby food! Why? For starters, it’s organic, safe and free from preservatives. Anything that falls under the “processed umbrella” can never really be good for the baby. So, if you can, take the home-made baby food route, for a smarter and healthier child.

Your child’s first exploration of solids should be fun and tasty. A baby should get all the natural goodness from their first baby Bolognese, baby rice puddings and banana purees!

Here is a list of great exciting recipes that are bound to give your baby that extra burst of flavor and nourishment.
